Yes. If you can describe how your business runs, that is the skill that matters. I handle the rest and explain it as we go, in words you would use yourself.

Which AI should I use?

Usually one general assistant set up properly, plus one or two small automations. Most owners already have access to more than they need. The job is making one of them actually useful.

Do I have to commit to months of this?

Discovery is one afternoon and a plan, nothing more. The Advisor is three months, because that is how long it takes a new way of working to stick.

What if you tell me I do not need AI for this?

Then I tell you. Sometimes the fix is a checklist, a form, or deleting a step. You still get the plan.

Can you just build it for me?

Often, yes. Setup work is quoted separately once we know what it is. The session is where we work out whether you need it.

An afternoon with you and your business. We map how the work runs, from the first enquiry to the invoice, and find the three or four places where time leaks out. You get a written plan: what to fix first, what tool if any, what it should save, and what to leave alone. If the plan says you need something I do not sell, it says so.

Your first session is a 90-minute look at how the business runs, unless you have already done Discovery, in which case we start building on day one. Three-month minimum, then month to month.

Setup work beyond the session, such as an AI receptionist or a proper follow-up system, is quoted separately and Advisor clients go to the front of the queue.

I take ten Advisor clients at a time. That is the number I can give proper attention to. When it is full, you go on the list and I tell you honestly how long it will be.
